I’m a local journalist in Boulder, Colorado.

I report for the Boulder Reporting Lab covering a range of issues, including Boulder’s federal labs, housing, the justice system and local government.

Prior to moving to Boulder I was the Audience Editor for Cardinal News, a nonprofit newsroom based out of Southwest Virginia, and a fellow at Propublica, a nonprofit investigative newsroom.

My work has also been published in the Carolina Public Press, Trail Runner Magazine and the Congressional Digest.
